3. Agree to and confirm your treatment plan
4. Confirm the date and time for your appointment
Appointment Confirmed
Once your appointment and treatment plan is confirmed, you will receive a secure link to pay in full, or place a deposit.
Alternatively, if you have no additional adjustments to your treatment plan, you may use the :
“Pay Now “ link on our site to pay in full or pay a deposit.
* If you choose to hold your appointment with a deposit, once your treatment is complete, your credit card will be charged in full*
* A Concierge Convenience Fee of: $ 50.00, will be added to the treatment price*.
* This Fee will be discounted, if multiple appointments are at the same time, day and location*
